We are sorry the gremlins have hidden your course access somewhere in email land. If only they responded to positive reinforcement as well as dogs do. We keep threatening them with all the quadrants but it never seems to work! So here are a few suggestions to help you beat them and get access to your course.
REFRESH YOUR MAIN EMAIL (Double check and search it for the course name you signed up for)
REFRESH AND CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK EMAIL BOX
MAKE SURE YOUR INBOX ISN’T FULL SO THE EMAIL CAN ARRIVE
DID YOU TYPO YOUR EMAIL?
Do you already have a course from us?
If this is your second course from us then you can log in to the first one you purchased and you will see a little down facing arrow in the search bar of that course. Hit that and you should now see all of the courses you have access to and you can jump between them.
Last resort..
Hit the login button in the header of the website and go to your course login page and reset your password.
